Haiku Poem: The Sun

Do you see the sun?

A fireball of power.

Created by God.

The sun is just one example of God’s power and brilliance. It’s incredible to think the sun is 93 million miles away and yet the perfect distance for life to be sustainable here on earth. The odds are so enormous I find it irrational to believe the solar system and all of creation arose by chance from nature alone.

In fact, the Bible says that God’s invisible attributes and power are shown by his handiwork. “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities–his eternal power and divine nature–have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse (Rom. 1:20).” Do you believe this truth? I hope so. Blessings!
