There is so much war and strife in the world. It is my hope and prayer that Gods people will continue to strive for peace. The gospel is the only remedy for preventing war and calamity.
Let’s therefore, follow the great commission and preach the good news that God saves sinners to everyone we possibly can!

Also, Jesus told us to take the log out of our own eyes before we take the speckle out of someone else’s eyes. What does this mean?
We shouldn’t be quick to judge because oftentimes our sin is even greater than the ones we are judging. Repentance is a must so that we can properly judge and not be hypocrites.
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”
This saying encourages a posture of active seeking and persistent faith. It reminds us that a sincere, persistent pursuit of God’s will leads to discovery and revelation.
At my alma mater, University of Indianapolis, the motto was: “Persistence is the key to success.” I live by this truth everyday. if you keep asking, seeking, and knocking, God will open doors for you. Never give up!

In my experience, the best bosses are the ones who work alongside you. They know what you are going through because they are in the trenches with you, not in some lofty castle distant from your struggles.
God is the same way. He can empathize with us since he took on human flesh and became a servant to all of us. He died for us and took our sin upon himself. This ultimate sacrifice of love is the reason his name, Jesus Christ, will be exalted for eternity!

This is a marvelous truth. Isn’t it comforting to know you have the creator of the universe, the most powerful entity in the entire world, to comfort you in your afflictions?
When all around you fail, God will not fail. He never gives up on us. Trust in Him, lean on his mighty right hand, and He will lift you up!
