Arise Jonah, Go To Nineveh And Preach Repentance!

Jonah: The Call to Nineveh

Dawn breaks over a storm-torn shoreline. The sea heaves with gray waves, and on the wet sand lies a man—trembling, drenched, and reborn. Seaweed clings to his shoulders, his torn clothes heavy with salt and regret. The distant rumble of thunder fades into the low hum of the sea.

Jonah gasps for breath and collapses to his knees. Gulls circle above as the camera of heaven pans around him—a man who has run from God and been delivered back to purpose. A single beam of sunlight breaks through the clouds, striking his face. His eyes lift, weary yet awakened.

“Out of the belly of the deep I cried… and You heard me.”
His whisper is half prayer, half astonishment.

Through the mist ahead, the faint outline of Nineveh glows in the distance. The wind rises, sand swirling around his feet as a divine voice fills the silence:
“Arise, Jonah. Go to the great city… and proclaim My mercy.”

The sea stills. Jonah steadies himself, dripping with resolve. Step by step, he moves forward—toward obedience, toward grace, toward destiny. With every stride, the light grows stronger, spreading across the horizon like a golden path.

High above, the coastline stretches endlessly, and Jonah is but a small figure walking toward redemption.

“Then Jonah obeyed the word of the Lord.” — Jonah 3:3
